Mr. Goburdhun G.O.S.K is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and holds a M.Sc. in Finance from University of Mauritius. He has extensive experience in the field of accounting and finance. He is registered with the Mauritius Institute of Professional Accountants (MIPA) as Professional Accountant.

Mr. Goburdhun is currently the Managing Director of The State Investment Corporation Limited (SIC) and holds directorship on various SIC Investee Companies, including Mauritius Shipping Corporation Ltd, Port Louis Fund Ltd, SME Equity Fund Ltd, Lottotech Ltd and Casino Companies. In the past, he was in public practice as a Chartered Certified Accountant providing services relating to Accounting, Auditing, Management & Tax Consultancy and Corporate Secretarial Services. He also held Chairmanship on various Government-related companies/institutions such as MauBank Holdings Ltd, MPCB (now MauBank Ltd), National Pensions Board and Responsible Gambling and Capacity Building Fund of the Gambling Regulatory Authority.

Mr Ganeshanlall Cheeneebash FCCA  ACIS MBA is an experienced Accounting and Audit professional who qualified and worked in the UK before coming to Mauritius to join the External Audit Department of Deloitte Mauritius. He has also worked at a number of para-statal bodies including DBM Ltd, Airport of Mauritius Ltd and MauBank Ltd.

Mrs. Anista Ramphul Punchoo, the Senior Investment Executive is presently the Head of Property Cluster at The State Investment Corporation Ltd (SIC). She has 25 years of service where she has been involved in the Investment and Portfolio of the Corporation. Mrs. Punchoo holds a Bachelor degree in Economics Banking and Finance from The University of Cardiff Wales UK. She has a wide range experience in the Banking and Financial sector as well as in Portfolio Management. Being the Senior Investment Executive of the SIC, she sits on various invested Companies as Board Member. In addition, Mrs. Punchoo has also been involved in some projects such as SIC’s start up projects for the SME’s.

Mr. N Dussoye has been working in the financial sector since 2000 as Business and Financial Consultant and Financial Analyst. He also has extensive exposure to private equity financing. He currently works as Investment Executive at the State Investment Corporation Limited where he is involved in portfolio and investment management. He has been involved in the implementation of several live projects in a fast-paced investment environment and gathered experience across several economic sectors. He is also a Director of some companies within the SIC Group.

Christophe Brette is the Chief Operations Officer of Prime Partners Ltd. He holds a BSc (Hons) in Economics from the University of Mauritius. He is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators, UK. He also holds a LLB (Hons) and LLM from the University of London. He has over 20 years’ experience in Corporate Services to the SIC Group and Government-owned companies.

Mr. Vedprakash Auckaloo is the Executive Director of Capital Asset Management Ltd. He holds an M.Sc. in Financial Management, a B.Sc. (Hons) in Economics, an LLB (Hons) and a Postgraduate Diploma in Digital Business. He has more than 22 years of experience in the financial services sector and had previously worked in the Government service and in the banking sector.
